Support the children´s and teachers´ mental well-being in schools and kindergartens through an evidence-based program of Mindfulness focusing on the systematic prevention of stress and exhaustion. 

We raise donations to support both schools and kindergartens systematically focusing on promoting mental health care.

Stress, exhaustion and the risk of severe burnout make both learning and teaching difficult. It is essential to prevent more serious mental health problems. The Mindfulness support programme “Creating Well-being in School and Kindergarten” allows you to do this by teaching awareness skills to create mental well-being and help coping with tension.

The aim of the systematic support is to positively influence the whole school culture by reducing people's stress, fatigue, and emotional social tension.

A study with a representative sample carried out by the University of Tartu on the impact of the Mindfulness program proved that as a result of teaching awareness systematically, young people are less stressed and exhausted. The symptoms of anxiety and panic attacks were also reduced once the exercises were practised regularly.

On the example of educational institutions implementing the program since autumn, €8 per child is the amount needed for systematic support in a year. Every child and each donation counts!
