Lahendus.net offers free e-consultations on mental health. People who need help can remain anonymous and, since the service is available online, ask for help wherever they are. You can come to us with any mental health problem; no concern is too small.
We will reply to the first letter of concern within three days and, if the person in need of help so requests, we will continue our correspondence. It is not a forum or a Q&A-type platform, but we offer long-term one-to-one counselling by way of correspondence.
Our counsellors are psychology students and alumni from Tallinn University and the University of Tartu, supervised by more experienced counsellors. Our goal is to provide a high-quality counselling service; it is therefore important to supervise the counsellors, whereby a mentor provides support and feedback and helps to learn from experience. The counsellors also regularly participate in supervision and training to further improve their knowledge.
With every donation, you help us provide quality supervision to our counsellors, which allows them to provide increasingly better help. Donations also help us reach even more people in need and ensure a well-functioning website.
- A €5 donation allows us to post an advertisement on Facebook/Instagram that will help make us visible to people who need help.
- A €10 donation allows us to offer a counsellor the change to attend a short training course.
- A €25 donations allows us to improve the user service and security of our website.
