How does your donation help?
Mental health issues among Estonian schoolchildren are on the rise. Over 60% of 15-year-old girls experience depressive episodes, and nearly 42% of boys sleep less than recommended. Unresolved mental health problems during adolescence tend to worsen over time.
Small schools in Estonia have limited resources to support student well-being. Support specialists often work in multiple schools at once, leaving them with little time or means to properly monitor students.
Helge app gives schools a clear overview of students’ concerns. It allows schools to:
- conduct an unlimited number of well-being surveys among students to anonymously assess their well-being and request help if needed
- receive real-time data on class and school-wide well-being, enabling them to plan interventions with insight
A 500 euro donation provides one small Estonian school with a year-long access to this solution — something they otherwise could not afford. The result is a preventative approach where emerging problems are identified and addressed before they escalate. For every €500 collected, another school gains access to our app and can take steps to support their students' well-being.
