We often notice children and young people only when they’re in trouble – when they break rules, get into conflict, or suffer because of others’ actions. Behind these behaviors may lie painful experiences: bullying, neglect, or abuse. These young people need a safe and supportive approach that helps them feel included, heard, and understood.

RuaCrew NGO offers young people a way forward through restorative meetings – conversations, conflict mediation, bullying intervention, and mediation in sensitive cases. It is the only organization in Estonia that facilitates restorative meetings even in sensitive situations, including severe trauma, sexual violence, and loss.

• 10 euros – helps purchase tools for restorative meetings (e.g., metaphor or emotion cards, paper, pens)
• 25 euros – supports an initial restorative meeting with a young person
• 75 euros – supports a full restorative process for a young person
