How does your donation help?

Every year, the Estonian Wildlife Center receives thousands of reports about animals in need from across the country. In 2024 alone, we received over 6,600 alerts about wild animals in distress.

Our work is based on scientific knowledge and the expertise of veterinarians and wildlife specialists. To raise awareness about wild animal welfare, we organize trainings, seminars, and lectures, including educational programs for children and schools. We collect data on wildlife locations, causes of injuries, diseases, treatments, and more, and participate in research programs in cooperation with the University of Tartu.

With your donations, we can help injured or orphaned wild animals by:

  • ·buying species-appropriate food for animals in recovery,
  • covering veterinary clinic bills,

  • purchasing medicine and supplies (pads, wound dressings, disinfectants, ointments, heating mats/lamps),

  • acquiring feeding tools (syringes, nipples, bowls), and essential equipment (incubators, scales, cages),

  • covering shelter rental, electricity, heating, and transport costs for animals and supplies.

Every donation helps cover medical costs, provide proper food, and ensure a safe place to recover for those who have no voice to ask for help.

  • 10 euros – feeds an owl for 1 day or a white stork for 2 days
  • 25 euros – feeds a hedgehog for 1 month
  • 75 euros – covers a vet visit, a treatment procedure, or medication

With your help, we can reach more animals.
