SEB Charity Fund "Tuition scholarship program for children without parental care and for young mothers"
How does your donation help?
Tuition Scholarship Program is designed for children without parental care, for young people to support their coping in life, making their future decisions and first steps in their independent life. The program focuses on the promotion of education, in order to enable young people left without parental care to have more equal conditions with others when aquiring higher education, self-development and realization of their talents.
Applications are accepted from anyone from guardianship or foster families, or young people or their mothers aged up to 26 years who live in safety homes or substitute homes. The scholarship is intended to help to start or continue their education, if studying full-time at vocational school or college.
Applications are accepted twice a year. In 2014 the amount for the scholarship fund is EUR 50 000. The scholarships can be applied for tuition fees, study aids or for self-support.
From 2011-2013, the Fund has issued a total of 214 scholarships.
The organization is included on the list of income tax incentive non-profit organizations and the donors will get back the income tax paid from their donation and the donations made by companies are tax-free (Estonian Income Tax Act § 49). Read more about taxes: Donating and taxes.

The donated Swebank Rewards Points will be transferred to the organizations and made visible twice a year – on December and June.
